These are A4 landscape calendars, which open and hang as an A3 size. They are professionally printed, with a small hole from which to hang, and are stapled at the fold. One month per page, covering 2026, including a bonus January 2027.

Once orders are received by 27th of November 2025, we will confirm quantity with our printer, and send out by courier will begin as soon as we have the calendars a few days later. You / your recipient should have the calendar by mid December in time for Christmas.

Ordering is through this shopify website. It is promoted on the OrganicNZ website and the Soil & Health NZ website, then the ordering links bring you here.

You can pay by the usual Shopify options, including Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer is the preferred method to avoid the extra 2.7% we get charged to process CC payments, meaning less is donated to Soil & Health NZ.

When you go to the cart and put in your address you will be able to select from the following postage options, but PLEASE NOTE - send out will only commence after printing at the end of November/start of December:

• FREE Pick-up (from Tikitere Rotorua)
• $10 Economy (tracked, delivered to letterbox, 3 working days)
• $12 Courier (tracked, delivered to door or preferred delivery spot, next working day)
• $15.50 Rural Economy
• $17.50 Rural Courier

Shipping note: please ensure you select the correct courier option (rural or not), and use an address that can receive a courier delivery (usually not a PO Box) that is dry and fits a card envelope measuring 255 x 325mm. If you need to give additional courier instructions please use the contact form and include details of the order you placed.

Yes, but please contact us to arrange this so we can confirm the correct courier postage (e.g. if ordering more than 5).

The calendar fundraiser this year is being organised again by Claire from Saucy Hot Design on behalf of Soil & Health NZ (see FAQ point below for more details).

In order to not take up valuable S&H administration time this year, Claire is taking care of the ordering and payment processes (through this shopify website) as well as the design, printing and send out, which means if you select Bank Transfer as your payment method, you will see the bank details are for Saucy Hot Design rather than Soil & Health NZ.

Claire's time is donated, then all profits (after website, CC fees, printing and courier costs) will then be donated to Soil & Health NZ.

Just like previous years, Claire from Saucy Hot Design (SHDesign) is kindly taking care of everything - from collating your wonderful photo submissions and designing the calendar, to arranging printing, and packing each order for courier delivery. This year she has also set up this online shop for easy ordering, and taking care of processing orders, allowing Soil & Health NZ to be more hands off.

Claire used to design for the ceased OrganicNZ printed magazine, and
still lays out the moon calendar posted for members bi-monthly on their website.
